I prefer to sub-contract on home builds or full gut remodels, but will take on some smaller issues on a case by case basis. I am very knowledgeable of code requirements in my field, and will always pass any inspections that are needed. I am fairly priced, not the lowest, but far from the highest...and bring with me much more experience than about 95% of other persons in my trade.
