"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Our family is now a super fan and advocate for Grove. Highly Recommended! Mike"

"If you want honest, straight-forward, complete, and competitive pricing for a new HVAC system, go to Bluestar Air Mechanical. Our 21-year old systems needed replacement and we began our quotation/search process. Amongst the 7 companies we inquired with, Bluestar had the most comprehensive explanation, set of offerings, and was patient with us as we completed our comparisons. John promptly and completely answered all of my questions ranging from installation, future usage, efficiency, and advice on what was necessary vs an accessory. Lynn at the office was prompt and courteous on all of my scheduling, dispatch, and payment inquiries. You'll get top notch quality, service, and friendliness if you work with Bluestar for your HVAC replacement needs."

"Managers were knowledgeable, and techs were fast commutative about the install."

"Rob Rhea was very professional and showed exceptional workmanship when replacing and installing my Aprilaire Dehumidifier. He came to my house on 3 different appts. and was prompt, on time and called to let me know he was on his way. Also very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to any of my community neighbors. Thank you Joe Schiavo"

"I hired "PipeWorks" to install a water heater . Their price was reasonable, their response was quick, they worked with my schedule! The installation was completed timely, efficiently , and expert professionalism I would highly recommend them to anyone with confidence."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Without hesitation I will recommend Petro to friends and family throughout the Philly area. Peter A. Elkins Park"

I'm soo happy I chose Blue Dot !! Also the price was unmatch... Thanks !! PS... The Wife is back to calling me HONEY again :)"

"I had a leak somewhere in my heat pump system from 2013 in a 4 floor condo building. Every other company was quoting me $7k+ to replace the system but it turns out to be a leak in the line set between the 3rd floor and the roof! We had a new line set installed and I spent $2550 in total! The crew was very professional and worked extremely had in the hottest weather to get the job done, too!"

"It was OK, seems satisfactory. They installed the gas fireplace. It was OK, although the gas line was not covered well. It works, but I don't feel I have have a lot of choice."
