He communicated well, easily diagnosed and fixed the problem, and leveled the washer at no extra charge. He went above and beyond in leveling the washer because, with rusted feet and a bashed back panel, the task required noticeable time and labor. Steve's greatest strengths are his willingness to communicate and dedication to customer service. I highly recommend All Appliance Service."

"Great Service from this company. Replaced main LED in refrigerator and diagnosed wire shorting out in freezer LED. Returned the next day with a freezer LED and replaced it at no extra charge for additional service call or light. An expensive repair that was made a little better by this company. I would recommend them for any appliance repair. Good people providing great service."

"I filled out a ticket , and they call within 24 hours. They scheduled someone to come do the work. It is really easy to get a hold of this company over the phone. I pay 75 service fee each time they come out, and a $40 a month. If any of the appliances break down and they cannot fix them, they will replace them for free. I use them for my rental properties as well."
