"Suddenly I had a weird problem in my home where some outlets and switches on a circuit were working and some not, and needed an electrician right away. I called several based on their Angies List reviews. John answered my call, and gave me an approximate time when he could be here. He called later to give me an update on his arrival time. Upon arrival, John proceeded to diagnose the problem. He provided me the pricing in advance. He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong. John was professional and courteous. Highly recommended."

There were some edge ceiling tiles that needed to be removed to reach the power line and Bill did very clean work with the removal and disposal. Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. I would recommend Bill and Gambino Electric for any similar household wiring job where safety and quality of work are a priority."

He was punctual and responsive to our requests and questions. We realized very quickly that Glenn is very knowledgeable and honest. We had a punch list of electrical work that we wanted to complete (e.g., TV mounting, ceiling fan replacement, and outdoor motion sensor lighting). "I ordered a general checkup of my home. The electrician found a melted wire in my breaker box. He rerouted all of the wires to separate bolts. I opted to get a surge protector installed at that time. I recommend James at Mister Sparky. He explained the questions that I asked.
