"The bathroom looks great! It is really quite gorgeous. And they did it for so much less than many of the other contractors I had asked for bids from. They did the job in a timely manner and I could not have been happier.   <br /> There was one glitch: they had had to turn off the water supply to the washing machine downstairs to get the job done and had forgotten to turn it back on when before they finished. It is a rental unit and was vacant at the time. I didn't notice the issue for a couple of months. Experience with other contractors had me fearing a fight over whether or not it was really their fault...but nothing of the sort! They went right to work and told me they would fix it whether it turned out to be because of them or not. When they discovered the problem they freely told me what had happened, fixed it, and now I have a convenient access panel (which looks like it belonged there all the time) in case I ever need to do additional repairs. <br /> Mistakes happen, and this was in easy one to make, but to me the professionalism they showed in accepting responsibility and promptly dealing with the problem impressed me.  <br /> I not only would use them again, I asked them to consider finishing the basement in my own home. It is a rather large basement and they told me they could do it, but that they like to focus on bathrooms so that they can do what they do best and maintain their high standards rather than dilute their expertise by trying to do many, unrelated things. They did give me the name of a contractor they trusted who could help. And I definitely plan to have them be the subcontractors for the bathroom when we do move ahead with the project! <br />"

"We LOVE our slide-out shelves!  Tom, Tony, and their installer Scott were all awesome to deal with.  These guys came out to our house in mid-July for an on-site quote, and we had our stuff installed in less than 2 weeks.  The craftsmanship of their shelves is excellent, and their price was great compared to ShelfGenie, who had a much longer lead time for installation.   <br /> We asked them to retrofit our existing drawers with Blum full extension slides, which they were able to do pretty easily.     <br /> All in all, it was a great experience.  They're polite, on-time, easy to deal with, and they did exactly what we asked for.  Their price is very reasonable for what you get. <br /> Every time I open a pull-out shelf in our kitchen, I'm impressed with the quality of it.   <br /> <br />"
