The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. "It went great. Dan is an honest and straightforward businessman. He explains all your options clearly and doesn't try to oversell services. He is responsive and the quality of work is excellent. Our HVAC system was getting old and was very inefficient, so we proactively replaced both units. When he gave me the quote, I pushed for a more expensive AC unit as it seemed more efficient. Dan explained that in our climate, we would gain little from the additional efficiency, since the difference was so little. I'm sure selling a more expensive unit would have benefited him, but I appreciated his honesty. I would highly recommend his services."
