"They showed up in a timely fashion to provide me a quote.  After assessing his cost and the cost of another competitor, and pricing out renting a power washer for 4 hours, I decided to do the work myself.  I had a small enough house that I decided I could get it done and save myself some money.
If I had a bigger house or one that was significantly dirty, I would have utilized their services.

"Prompt, courteous and professional. My limited availability was accommodated. The faucet replacement was very quick and done professionally. The replacement parts were affordable and high quality. I would use Doc's again in the future."

"John was very responsive in coming out to give what was a very reasonable quote, and then follow up on the actual project. Considering it was the beginning of a very busy season, he finished with us within two weeks of initial contact. Pleased to work with John, and would highly recommend!"

"As always an awesome job. Bob really takes pride in his work and we plan on using him again next time our home needs any pressure washing or painting. We are always impressed with how meticulously he cleans up and leaves his work area spotless. Expect a call from my Mother In Law who needs some painting done. We gave her your number as well and highly recommend Dimenna Brothers to anyone we know who needs painting or pressure washing done."

"Mike did an excellent job repairing my PVC fence which had become partly disarticulated due to high winds. I will definitely hire him again, even for a more involved job."

"All repairs that DCM has completed have come out great!"

"Leo and his crew at Levix Builder LLC were fantastic. We couldn't be happier with our new deck! Their communication from the first call and visit was timely and straightforward. The proposal was very well thought out compared to other companies. Leo addressed all of our questions and had creative solutions for add-ons like a custom bench and fence installation. The project was completed professionally and efficiently. The deck is beautiful! Highly recommended!"

"The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

"Tom responded the next day to a request for an estimate. He provided an immediate written estimate and the work was done on schedule when he said it would be done. Some unexpected problems occurred with the porch railing installation which resulted in additional cost to the contractor but he honored his estimate and did not try to pass those costs on to me. The workmen were friendly and professional and cleaned up when they were done. I had cheaper estimates but to have someone who shows up on schedule and does a nice job means a lot to me and I am willing to pay additional money for good service and a quality product."
