"Bluestone was very professional and prompt. We found a small amount of unknown insulation material when demoing a garage man door. Worried it might be asbestos, we called bluestone to come test it/provide a quote for removal. Ron came out and after inspecting it told me he would test it if we wanted him to but that he was 99% sure it was just fiberglass insulation based on a visual inspection and the age of the garage. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials.
