They came to unclog a drain and discovered there was a broken pipe.  The concern was how far down the break was and if it was outside of our unit.  We were able to get access to the unit below, coordinating with J. Blanton, my tenant and the owner of the unit below. We did have to cut a hole in the wall.  The issue was contained to our unit and the hole in the wall was relatively small.  Plumbers were responsive and professional.  I highly recommend J.
