"Michael is honest, willing to fix appliances other major appliance repair companies won t work on, order parts and go the extra mile to help his customer. "We had a refrigerator that froze solid, multiple times and when we researched on the internet we found lots of people saying it couldn't be fixed. Troy came out 3 times, once replacing the computer module and refunding us for it, before he got it repaired. His price was extremely generous for as much time as he spent trying to fix it. He got it done but we were wary and got a new one a year later."

"The professional did an awesome job getting to the root of the problem and was customer friendly! It did not take him long to service our washer. We highly recommend to be assigned to future repairs."

"Joe was awesome! He figured out the issue quickly, gave us a quote of how much to repair, and when we decided to buy a new washer instead, he provided advise on how to get the best deal and what products he would recommend. Joes awesome!"
