"Kevin came out to give us an estimate for new windows and my husband hired him on the spot. We told him that we wanted to get new gutters and gutter covers, but he told us to get our insurance company to look at our roof first before we discuss gutters, because from what he saw there was some damage. He did not even want to discuss gutters, so we booked him for the windows. We ended up getting a new roof and new gutters from our insurance company that they installed for us and they all look great. Bordner was so patient and Kevin worked with us while we kept waiting for our insurance company to release the rest of our money. He also helped us get the best rate for our windows from a reliable loan company. The is the first winter since being in our house where our Furnace is not constantly running, and we do not have to put plastic over our toddler windows. I love my big windows in the dining room and living room, they are so awesome. I also love how the windows are made for each customer specifically. There was a tiny hole in one of our master bedroom screens and when they messaged to see how everything was done they sent someone out to replace it. It was really just a tiny hole and I told them it was no big deal right now, but someone came out within a couple of days and gave us a new one. The roof is the perfect coke and matches the gutters so nicely. The gutters work so seamlessly now the water is not overflowing onto our windows because they do not flow right. Everything is so nice."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I knew the second I met Joe that he was the guy I wanted to help with our renovation. He is honest and so nice to work with. He answered his phone or returned our call quickly every time we had a question. For his siding crew, he hires actual skilled craftsmen who clearly pride themselves on a job well done. They worked from sun up to sun down for six days in the cold wind. And they're meticulous. They cleaned up everything and even wiped the dust from each board before they were finished! When mold was discovered, that was taken care of before continuing with replacing drywall and insulation. Anthony met us at a tile supply store and assisted in the design of the bathroom renovation. tProject was bid last Fall and delayed at our request until Spring. The original bid was probably underpriced due to a miscalculation on their part but they stood by their bid. We discussed using pre-colored Hardyboard but Brian convinced us that a better result would be obtained by using the non-colored siding and then painting. We worked pros and cons to wrapping eves as opposed to using Hardy products. When the weather finally cooperated, the crews started arriving. They took pictures of the house before starting, so they would remember how everything went back. The crews they use for siding installation, painting, and gutters were all sutcontractors but top notch. Brian was the company project manager and he kept me informed of plans and suggested changes. The gutters were originally bid for 5 inch gutters but after re-evaluating our roof runoff, they upgraded to 6 inch w/o additional charge The siding crew were just amazing. Arriving early morning and working non stop until there was no more light. They were exact in their measurements and always in good spirits and very respectful of our personal space. They were not used to working on a rolled steel roof so their ladders scraped some of the finish off but quickly repaired it after I pointed it out  They cleaned  the site up completely at the end of each day...and believe me their is lots of trash in a project like this.  They could not figure our how to get my nightscape lighting back on correctly, so they paid for the original company to come out and re-install it. The painters were another crew that did great prep work and worked well with the siding crew. The gutter crew were done in a day.
