Jake and his helper came back the next month to install a bathroom exhaust fan roof cap. This was part of the original quote and the handled it with no problem. After that, they went around the property again with magnets to pick up any stray nails. Both guys were friendly and professional. The roof looks great!"

"Ken was fantastic. We had storm damage to our chimney which dented the flue inside. The house is old enough that we had to replace the entire fireplace from top to bottom. Ken spent probably 2 hours just talking to me about what needed to be done and why. Once we finally got our insurance check Ken quickly scheduled us for the work knowing that we were in the process of selling the house and getting the chimney fixed was mandatory. I was worried the project could take several weeks, but Ken was almost completely done in 5 days. Ken was very respectful of our property and went to great lengths to minimize dust, protect our floors, and he always did an excellent job keeping the work area clean. Ken even found potential fire hazards in the old chimney that needed to be corrected. The result was a new fireplace with all the problems fixed. "The process went SO smooth!!! We started with a "meet and greet" where Shingle Masters visited my home to assess my roof and provide a quote. They explained the process in terms I understood, gave me options for roofing shingles, and gave me time to review all information without any pressure. "We called Arrys after our roof started leaking. We were brand new to the home and had been told the roof was relatively new. The guy who came out was amazing!
