"We started with a few local companies, explained what we were thinking (pool, spa and rough dimensions) and our thoughts. Grand Aquatics came back with a design that was priced great and very close to what we wanted. After a couple tweaks to the design he came over in person and we talked over the design and any remaining questions. A couple days later we had the documents and the process was started. The Owner (Omar) handled all permitting for us and from the time he dug the first hole to when we filled the pool with water we were told would be between 6-8 weeks - the final result was right around 6 weeks. He and his team of employees were always very professional (always Mr or Mrs Chance). He always made time for questions - even for the times he was not working - and made sure we knew what the next steps were and if we had any questions. He was also always present for the inspections. With all the inspections required for a pool (electric, plumbing, building - repeated multiple times) we never failed an inspection. When it came time to pick out the tile, deck and coping he met with us at the company, showed us the options and we were able to pick it that day. For what we thought would be an extremely stressful time, this has been a remarkably easy and stress free process. We even had friends from social media complement us on how ours was the fastest pool they've seen completed. Another of our friends used a different company - started before us and still has yet to start the concrete process. Even with all the roots he ran into while digging (we removed a large pine and 2 oak trees in the backyard) he still was able to stay on schedule While we never foresee moving, but if we ever did and the new home didn't have a pool, Omar and Grand Aquatics would be our first and only call."

"We just moved to Seminole when we discovered our pool needed a lot more work then we anticipated.  We had planned on just resurfacing the pool, but since we had cracked tiles we decided to re-tile and therefore put on new coping as well.  We also figured that since we were re-doing our whole pool, we might as well make it look awesome and redo the whole deck.  We researched who we would have do the work and got about 4 estimates.    We felt the most comfortable  with Bikini pools and went with our gut.  Glad we did.  They did a fantastic job and the pool is the highlight of our house.   They finished the job quickly
