"We hired another company to install a new in-ground pool in July of 2017. They started the pool in October, sprayed the concrete in December and laid the pavers in January. They never showed up again and went out of business. After and exhaustive search, we were referred to Omar with Grand Aquatics Pools. From the first time I talked to Omar I felt confident that he was the man to complete the job. He came out and assessed what had already been done and e-mailed us a quote the next day, He were very pleased with the cost of the estimate and the only additional charge from the original estimate was for an upgrade to the color of the surface of the pool. He gave us a timeline of when he would start and an approximate time of completion and the only delay was due to weather. What I liked best about Grand Aquatics is that Omar was onsite for every part of the the completion except the installation of the mini-pebble surface. Which he assured us that they were certified installers with the manufacturer, excellent at their job and he have worked with them for 14 years. They did a phenomenal job with the surface!!! After the surface Omar was out a couple of days later to make sure the electric and plumbing were done correctly. The pool is up and running perfectly!!! I could not recommend Omar and Grand Aquatics Pools enough. His professionalism and quality of work is second to none. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. My only regret is that I did not use Omar from the beginning to install my pool."

"After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. This only set us back 2 days. The resurface team did an amazing job on the surface and working with me on placing the accent tiles for my stairs and swim shelf. After the pool was filled, Justin arrived for "fire up" and care instructions. Once again everything was explained with professionalism and detail. He has done a great job of taking care of the pool since then. Ronny clearly ensures that his teams are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and are focused on customer service and quality work. "3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. I am pleased to recommend 3D Solar for installation or maintenance of solar systems."

"From the estimate to the finished renovation, Shannon & Kelly Stevens, plus their hard-working team, provided professional, innovative solutions to this extremely challenging project. Just the removal phase of all the broken concrete decking and landscaping was impressive to watch. Each phase was timed perfectly allowing material removal, material delivery and labor to be scheduled efficiently. When we ran into glitches, they were addressed immediately. "I contacted this provider after seeing his magnetic sign on his truck. I called him for a quote but also investigated Angie's.list to see how reputable this company was. The reviews were favorable so we called him for a quote. We also called another company for a quote after reading reviews on Angie's list. Bikini Pools was lower in price and although there were some differences in application ideas between the two companies, we decided to go with Bikini Pools. The flow of construction companies was amazing........one would finish and another would appear within minutes......this has to be credited to the owner of Bikini Pools. We had some installation issues with the pavers but Mike had his subcontractor handle the problems immediately. The owner addressed every issue and was always available, which is very comforting when doing such a large improvement in our backyard pool area. We are very proud of our new pool and paver deck and are no longer embarrassed to entertain in our backyard. The remodel was estimated to be done in two weeks and they exceeded that time frame........very very conscientious contractors.
