"We started with a few local companies, explained what we were thinking (pool, spa and rough dimensions) and our thoughts. Grand Aquatics came back with a design that was priced great and very close to what we wanted. After a couple tweaks to the design he came over in person and we talked over the design and any remaining questions. A couple days later we had the documents and the process was started. The Owner (Omar) handled all permitting for us and from the time he dug the first hole to when we filled the pool with water we were told would be between 6-8 weeks - the final result was right around 6 weeks. He and his team of employees were always very professional (always Mr or Mrs Chance). He always made time for questions - even for the times he was not working - and made sure we knew what the next steps were and if we had any questions. He was also always present for the inspections. With all the inspections required for a pool (electric, plumbing, building - repeated multiple times) we never failed an inspection. When it came time to pick out the tile, deck and coping he met with us at the company, showed us the options and we were able to pick it that day. For what we thought would be an extremely stressful time, this has been a remarkably easy and stress free process. We even had friends from social media complement us on how ours was the fastest pool they've seen completed. Another of our friends used a different company - started before us and still has yet to start the concrete process. Even with all the roots he ran into while digging (we removed a large pine and 2 oak trees in the backyard) he still was able to stay on schedule While we never foresee moving, but if we ever did and the new home didn't have a pool, Omar and Grand Aquatics would be our first and only call."

"Excellent workmanship from all subs for pool work, deck pavers, and lanai rescreening. Kent at Aqua Scrub responded quickly to question that I had and kept me in the know of project timeline. Very impressed with quality and workmanship"

"I requested a bid to resurface the pool, install a new pool light, and reseal all 3 patio pavers. After all bids were in I chose Ronny's because the price was not low and not high with a welcomed veteran's discount. Each stage of the pool resurfacing was done by skilled professionals with dedicated attitudes toward workmanship. The same with the paver resealers. I was extremely impressed with Ronny, his company employees, and the finished product."

"3D Solar did a great job removing and then reinstalling 34 solar panels. My original installer quoted an outrageous amount so I went looking for a new Solar company. 3D Solar was recommended by a reputable solar consultant. I spoke with David Ringo at length and we had a great conversation about many topics as well as solar. The crews were on time, professional and conscientious and super nice. David's quote was less than half the price even when I told him what my original installer was about to charge and very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. The reinstallation was very good, even better than the original install by another company. They used updated mounting hardware and did a tidy job with cable management. 3D Solar sent out crews right away to sort out a small technical issue with the inverter that became apparent after installation. They were able to diagnose and correct the issue. I am particularly impressed with the fast and effective follow up service. I am pleased to recommend 3D Solar for installation or maintenance of solar systems."

"From the estimate to the finished renovation, Shannon & Kelly Stevens, plus their hard-working team, provided professional, innovative solutions to this extremely challenging project. Just the removal phase of all the broken concrete decking and landscaping was impressive to watch. Each phase was timed perfectly allowing material removal, material delivery and labor to be scheduled efficiently. When we ran into glitches, they were addressed immediately. There was always flexibility built in to allow for new ideas or improvements to the original design. These very "hands on" designer-engineers also respected my input and "got" my vision. Need an artist? Well, the Stevens sisters can do that for you, too! This project has dramatically improved the quality of our family's life forever and we can never thank the Stevens family and their crew enough."

"We live out pool and Myton made it happen."

"We just moved to Seminole when we discovered our pool needed a lot more work then we anticipated.  We had planned on just resurfacing the pool, but since we had cracked tiles we decided to re-tile and therefore put on new coping as well.  We also figured that since we were re-doing our whole pool, we might as well make it look awesome and redo the whole deck.  We researched who we would have do the work and got about 4 estimates.    We felt the most comfortable  with Bikini pools and went with our gut.  Glad we did.  They did a fantastic job and the pool is the highlight of our house.   They finished the job quickly
and efficiently.  It makes our backyard look like the true FL home I always wanted.  Thank you Bikini pools!

"It was good. The owner came to create design with me in 3D. He help me change some design. Very knowledgeable. He finish the week early. We also planning future work with him."

"I hired Picasso to redo my pool, update our hard scape and landscaping, and to install an outdoor kitchen and living area. Will and his team were patient every step of the way while we worked through that plans and renderings. When it came time for construction, others has said it would be months of work. Picasso did it in less than half the time - and the result was paradise in my own backyard. Highly recommended."
