He diagnosed the problem and replaced both the upper and lower thermostats. He also noticed that the water heater circuit breaker was functioning intermittently and replaced it. He completed the work neatly and professionally, and the water heater was restored to full function."

I realize not the best day for water heater to break. I agreed to pay an additional $100.00 on top of their $124.00 service call price to get my water heater fixed on Easter Sunday. The plumber gave me an estimate of $480.00. Price was a little high, but they did come out at an inconvenient time for everyone. The plumber didn t have what he needed to fix the water heater-said he could come back first thing Monday. I completely understood - nothing was open. The plumber did show up Monday morning as promised and job was completed. The total charge was $549.00. Was very happy with the communication and the job they did."
