"While I didn't think the plumber did the cleanest job installing the shower pan, it passed inspection and I think they fixed the leak just fine. I did want to say that Gary B., the service manager, was top notch the whole way through in how much he tried to help me  and how customer service oriented he was. One of the faucets wasn't installed evenly, and he sent a plumber out to fix it immediately. He also took care of all the permitting. He was a pleasure to work with and a real asset to the company.

"Two old shower pulls were hard to work and one leaking profusely. Also, water heater not making lots of hot water and 12 years old. Asked for a flush and recommendation for replacement. Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"The work done wasn’t what is shown above, but that was the closest option. The plumbing was checked throughout the house. He inspected all sink and tub/shower drains and valves, the sump pump, hot water heater, and main water shutoff. He explained any possible problems that could be changed. He was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend him and request him for future issues."

"Plumbing Today came out the same day as the quote. We did not have any hot water."

"They repaired a leaking faucet that was the main shut off valve for the water to the house. The faucet was 35 years old. Technician did a nice job on the repair and adding an extra faucet/spigot for our use. Only issue we had was the cost. Outrageous. They did discuss the fees in advance so we knew what to expect. But with the leak slowly flooding the area, we didn't want to wait for mutiple quotes."

"several repairs including new hot water heater -"

"Got quick service to a unfortunate break in my main water line into my home. Wayne got there quickly, got my an accurate estimate and began to solve the problem immediately. Repairs took only a few hours and my water was again flowing into my home. Wayne was professional, explained the damages and the repair options and got the work done quickly. He is a true asset to your Company. Even got an estimate for future water-less water heater work this Winter."

"Costa Plumbing exceeded my expectations with the installation of my new water heater. They were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, making the entire process seamless. They took the time to answer my questions, ensured the installation was done correctly, and left my home clean and tidy. I’m thoroughly impressed with their quality of work and outstanding customer service. I would confidently recommend Costa Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services."

"We struggled to get calls back or got ridiculous quotes. David responded right away and scheduled us right away for the next day. He was so pleasant and professional and it was important to me because the work was for my 85 year old mother. She was beyond happy with the service and plans to refer all the people she can from her development."
