"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Since this was the third time he successfully completed a project in our house, we knew we’d be pleased with the results of this project as well. He did not disappoint and we love our new kitchen!"

"I can't say enough good things about Marc and his company. I bought a house in July but didn't move in right away. One day while at the house, I realized that the movers had not turned off the faucet to the washing machine when they moved the previous owner out. It had been dripping down into the wall and under the floor of the laundry room. The wall and floor had obvious water damage. At the same time, I found signs of water in the dining room wall and baseboard. I was concerned about  possible mold in both spots. I was referred to Marc and his company by my general contractor. From the beginning, Marc answered my phone calls promptly and was always on time for appointments. He thoroughly explained the process he would use to evaluate the problems and then fix them. His workers were very neat and always cleaned up after their work. Marc kept me informed throughout the process. If I had a question, he would call or text me an answer. I was extremely concerned about any mold in the house and Marc's reassuring, calm manner helped immensely. As part of the process, we had the duct work and furnace cleaned. After the duct cleaner left, my furnace quit working. It was the weekend when the temperature got down to 4degrees. I couldn't find the name of the contact at the duct cleaning company and it was after hours on a Friday night. I called Marc and he promptly called the duct cleaning company and arranged to have their on call HVAC person at my house that evening.
 If I ever have problems with water, smoke, or mold, he will be the first person I call. I can't say enough good things about Marc Sutto and his company.

"Darren is amazing to work with! He understands my vision and is thorough in making sure everything is what I want. His company remodeled our master bath and kitchen in our previous home and it all looked beautiful! He completely finished the basement in our current home (2500 sf) adding 2 beds and 2 baths, built in wet bar and gorgeous fireplace surround. I would not hire any other company for any remodel or custom renovation. Reliable, reasonably priced, prompt, clean, incredible communication and extremely creative! Love them!"

"Jeremy did an excellent job installing my kitchen faucet. . If you are looking for a plumber he is your guy! He is a professional, courteous, friendly and has a wonderful personality. He worked quickly and when done ask if I had any other plumbing jobs. I replied yes I have a faucet for my guest bathroom. He said ok let me take a look and installed it as well. Great job and a great price. When he was done he cleaned up putting everything back in its place. Thanks Jeremy! He's very personable and make sure that he take care of you . "They did an awesome job!  I know that during the heatwave all of the AC companies were swamped and their techs were overworked and tired.  I also learned that for many of the companies, 24/7 emergency service is only available to previous customers.  we had never used Slattery before but we will be using them from now on.  They came out when we needed them and while we didn't get the new unit for 6 days (the 4th of July was in the middle of the week), we knew that they we're trying to help us.   My son-in law is a mechanical engineer out East and he verified everything that Kenny said about the R44 and 410A issues and the fact that if we had chosen to go with the new refrigerant we would have to change out our furnace as well because it would not be compatible with the new 410A.I highly recommend Slattery and Kenny!  I will be using them from now on."
