Ernest was great too, as he handled our confusion of "fascia and soffits" but we got there in the end. After siding was installed, we used Bermudez Paint, and they arrived the next day to start their project. They were done 3 days later, thanks to rain delays. "I am writing this review a few months after the install because I wanted to see how these windows held up over time. These guys did fantastic work. From my initial conversation with Rex, to the installation, everything was very clear and really well communicated. My wife and I felt really good talking with Rex about the different window options we had. We had reps from four different companies come out to give us a bid, and Rex not only gave us a great deal, he was the only one out of the four who didn't come across as the pushy, "salesman" type. The windows took around a month and a half to arrive, and all 9 windows and a sliding patio door were installed in one day. The the installers showed up on time, were polite and respectful, and were happy to answer any questions that I had during the install. They were extremely efficient, but also took the time to make sure everything was done right. Left my house cleaner than they found it! Would definitely recommend JDI. "
