He told me he would have a proposal ready the next day, and to my surprise I had a very detailed proposal in my inbox at 8:00 am the next day as promised. As different phases of the addition were completed, Jacob would explain what would come next so we were informed and so we could select the appropriate materials that were needed. When the project was completed the final amount we paid was the exact amount on the proposal. He and his crew were easy to work with and they were all very hardworking. We were very happy with how the bathroom addition turned out."
