Though the decks were only 5 years old, they were discolored, stained, and had mold spots from being in the shade throughout the day. They look like new now. They also built a paver stone platform at the bottom of our deck stairs. And reset the paver platform and stairs, replacing some splintered boards in front of our front door. In addition, even though their proposal was much more comprehensive than any other, the quote was not only fair but extremely competitive.
