"I’d really like to take this time to thank rough diamond construction and Nate Miller for a wonderful wonderful job that they did for us. They took my bathtub and made a walk in shower, beautiful job and moved my washer and dryer upstairs where it was a lot more convenient for me and my husband to do laundry. I can’t thank them enough. "Absolutely wonderful!!! Their assessments and recommendations were well documented and presented. The entire construction process was outstanding. They always have a LIVE person answering their phone and are incredibly responsive. We initially called regarding an ice-jam leak and they had a technician out within an hour at no charge! Remedial work on J-channel caulking was great. We asked for a complete assessment of our roof, leading to the complete installation. "

"$100,000 in damages! This company completely ruined our home!! RMS was hired to finish our modular home - including decks, metal roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, finishing work, & construction of block basement. The results were not just disappointing, they were catastrophic. Licensed contractors who have inspected their unfinished work have estimated over $100,000 in repairs & reconstruction. We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. Our horrific experience with RMS has devastated our family financially & emotionally. We have extensive photo & video evidence supporting every claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!"
