"We really liked Jess and Flavio, they seemed very nice and offered some good design ideas. The job started off very strong and a lot of the work was completed in the first 3 weeks. The job was estimated at 4. After the first month the work stopped becoming reliable and the delays became a regular occurrence with one excuse after the next. We were patient bc they seemed like nice people but when the work started to get sloppier and the excuses just became more frustrating the experience was one we just wanted to end. The delays cut into our being able to move into the house and help up many other trades from being able to start, costing us money. They also left all the trash in our backyard and never came back for that after 6 or so unanswered calls and many texts. There are still several cabinets that need to be fixed and 2 of the 2 custom drawers I asked for are not complete or don’t function properly. Some floor molding was also never put back up so we have to pay someone else to complete that task as well. Overall the kitchen looks nice if you don’t notice the flaws or the unfinished wall, but for 31k I wanted it to be complete at the close of the job. The total job took about 7weeks. I think they probably usually do a better job but we’re over committed and didn’t want to tell us. We had wanted to use them for our bathroom remodel but since there are still incomplete items and we’ve had no follow up, we will be using another company."
