Deckmaster was the only contractor who could do all three jobs, and the finished product on all three was great, and they gave us a great price. They redid the stairs on the back deck and gave us an extra step on the front porch, both of which we really like. "I contacted 5 other companies to replace a 27 year old wooden deck and railings. ONLY one of them showed up to provide an estimate. They were $7K MORE than FF&D for same materials. It was a replacement, not a new build. FF&D Kelsey very nicely followed up via Angies List. I ignored them for almost 3 weeks but Kelsey, kindly, without spamming me, suggested a free estimate at my convenience. I sent a terse reply thinking it would fall thru, but it didn't. Jim was beyond helpful, keeping in touch thru the HOA approval process. Within weeks they had a date for replacement and removal of old decking material.
