He diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes and called BG&E himself to arrange for BG&E to send a repair truck out to my house, since the problem was a damaged power line leading into the house (specifically, the ground/neutral wire had been severed from rubbing up against a tree)."

At that time they decided to buy a Little Giant ladder in order to accommodate my desire for additional pot lights in my 20 foot cathedral ceiling. The crew, Jason and Nick came to my unit this morning and proceeded to install the lights that I wanted. These two gentlemen are very courteous, knowledgeable and Very customer service oriented. One employee actually purchased a laser kit to ensure that my lights would be perfectly straight with the existing ones. Haas Electric should be proud of their employees. The additional lights were installed perfectly without a lot of difficulty once the ladder made it to the top floor! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your electrical needs!"
