He does what he says and his installers do what they say and do it with quality. Fox Creek has redone the entire outside of my house.He did windows and the siding last year and then they just did my roof and like before I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work."

"RIBA construction was recommended by one of my neighbors. I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation. In the end, the exterior of my home has been completely renovated and I now have a virtually maintenance-free exterior. I'm very happy with the appearance and functionality as well as the value of all services. "When I called John Krause he was able to come over later that day to give us an estimate. We had purchased new kitchen countertops from Lowe's  and when the contractor came out to check the measurements he told us that the cabinets weren't level enough to support the solid surface countertop we ordered. Another contractor came out and gave us an outrageous bid for leveling the cabinets so we decided to call John Krause. After John quoted us a price he told us he could have his guys come out the next day, which they did! Two of his men came and removed the old countertop, disconnected the plumbing, and leveled the cabinets. It took about 4 hours in all because the cabinets were really out of whack. John's guys leveled everything perfectly and showed me with a level so I could see for myself. The guys did a fantastic job, were polite and well mannered and cleaned up after themselves.
About a week later one of John's guys (Josh) came back and reconnected the plumbing and installed a new faucet we had purchased. It was hard work because the space was so tight and I am sure it must have been challenging but Josh did a great job and we are super happy with the new sink and faucet! The additional charge for this work was $300 and we felt it was very fair since our plumber would have charged almost double. We will be using John again in the near future.

"It took a little time for the project to start due to the coronavirus, once they started the work was completed very timely. The windows were installed in less than a day. The capping if the trim started as the window work finished. I a matter of a week the trim was complete. The gutter installation took another day. The work crews were very professional, they explained what they were going to do before they started and they cleaned up as soon as they were done. I would recommend HCR for this kind of project."
