The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. "Our home is about 25 years old and has wooden windows that are not particularly energy efficient. They are drafty, and, despite our best efforts, are starting to rot in some parts of the window frames. Power replaced four windows for us in September. We were so impressed with the work, we asked for estimates on replacing other windows in our house! Power has a great program that enables you to lock in estimates for many years, and you can replace as few as two or three at a time -- to minimize the impact of installation (although it is a very efficient process with these pros), and help the homeowner plan ahead and budget for the expense.. They returned in December to replace more windows. We plan to bring them back in the future to replace three more. Both installation experiences were handled very efficiently and professionally. All the workers introduced themselves, and explained the process -- so we knew what to expect. We were amazed by how quickly the work proceeded but I guess that makes sense given the fact that these guys are very smart, highly trained, and do this all day every day. They really know window installation and can handle any challenge. They put down drop clothes to protect our wood floors and carpet, and vacuumed after. The caulking was flawless, and they cleaned the glass beautifully. They also demonstrated the many features of the new windows, and how they can be opened for easy cleaning. Believe it or not, new windows in my home office was my Christmas gift this year. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better product."

"While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. "Micah and I spoke on Tuesday for a consultation about getting a possible siding replacement. The very next day, their sales representative Nic came by for an estimate and we ended up finding that a roof replacement was much more necessary than the siding. The process that began Tuesday ended on Thursday evening with a brand new roof. Jorge’s crew did excellent work and had the project finished by 4pm. They ensured that my yard was clear of any nails or debris, and took it all with them, which was highly appreciated.
