A sl8ght problem with the lower door seal came up the next morning. Called them and Jarad said they fully guaranteed their work and they would be out on Monday (called on Saturday morning)morning to correct the problem. Had some problems with the credit care payment going through the processor, but Jarad was extremely patient and cooperative in fixing the problem. The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. The quality is outstanding and Steve's knowledge and willingness to work with us and help us with our vision was something no one else could do. This is not a cookie-cutter operation. "Willy showed up as promised to do an estimate. I was looking for a bathroom remodeling solution that would not require removing all of the existing wall tile from the 1960s. Willy suggested a much more reasonable solution than another contractor who did an estimate because he replaced the old tile around the new tub with decorative tile to give the whole bathroom a newer look. He actually completed the whole job while I was out of town on vacation, which saved me time getting the house on the market. He was very professional in all of my dealings with him. My only complaint is that his crew did not haul off the trash from the remodeling job.
