"EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

Tommy with Southern Design Homes got to work as soon as he was cleared to do so and had my home repaired and in better condition than it was to begin with within the first 2 days of July! "Excellent-why? After requesting a quote on Angie's List I received a return call within minutes. Brandon scheduled me for a 1 hour slot from the time of the call. Josh and Q arrived early (can you believe it?). They went through every irrigation zone and identified the issues. They showed which sprinkler heads had issues.Some had to have the angle readjusted, some were covered with dirt and landscaping and 3 heads needed to be replaced. Very pleased with their professionalism and can do attitude. I'll be calling them in the future and telling all of our neighbors about their services."

The weather is always a factor on an outside job and flexibility needs to be understood. Steve and anyone we have ever dealt with through his company have been extremely polite and accommodating. We have actually hired Nexgen for more jobs since the original and would do so again. The quality is outstanding and Steve's knowledge and willingness to work with us and help us with our vision was something no one else could do. This is not a cookie-cutter operation. Steve listened and offered options which included ideas we were not even aware of. Great contractor to do business with.
