"Bobby is amazing at what he does…. We had the flooring already that we wanted installed and thought it was going to be an easy job, but my flooring was not what we thought it was made of…. The flooring was very thin and could break easy, so it made it harder to install or at least from what I was seeing…. But he started doing it and made it look easy… So what I thought was going to take forever to complete, and he completed it in a day… And that included him going out to get more Baseboards, installing that as well, and cleaning up everything…. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
