"They came out for a $99 roof inspection but it hardly covered anything, they just came out looked at it and gave their evaluation and recommended repairs and gave us an estimate for those. It was okay but I just thought we would get more for what we paid for. Wasn't really a deal. The $99 was really just a we'll come out and look at it, didn't cover any repairs or anything. I just thought it would cover more."

When we got the results, we met with SES builder’s project manager Eli so we will go over the needed work so the house will be more efficient. We were fascinated with the knowledge and the fact that we didn’t got pressured by him to do anything. This was the reason why we decided to hire them for the work which included: New insulation at the attic, exterior special paint, upgrade our electrical panel and replacing all the windows. Eli made sure to keep us informed about the progress of the work, his team were able to handle all the issues that came up and were very professional and efficient by making sure that everything will go smoothly. We were so impressed with the work that we decided to let them take care of the back yard and to do the landscape for us and we must state that it also came out gorgeous! We want to thank Eli for his great service during this remodeling project. It was a pleasure working with him and we would strongly recommend him and SES builders to whomever is interesting in any type of remodeling!"

"Fabulous company. Jeff Goldman is such a pleasure to work with! He was always honest about when the crew, whichever crew, would be arriving: demolition crew, wall crew, paver crew, deck crew, waterproofing crew, stucco crew, paint crew. Didn't matter..he was able to make this work flow. If there was a glitch Jeff would give us an estimate, pretty close to REAL TIME when work would be done. And the result is fabulous! A stunning patio, 2nd story deck, BBQ and grill area, and did I mention the paver designs? Final touch was bringing the landscaper to finish the small amount of grass that needed to be installed and plants. We LOVE the result and we LOVE Jeff."

The communication was EXCELLENT (I can't emphasize this enough!) and we were kept up to date throughout the entire process--we were able to text which was so convenient. While he was here, he explained everything clearly, showed me the issue, and how he would be able to fix it. I also really appreciated that when he arrived and saw I had a mask on, he immediately offered to put a mask on without me having to ask. For people who live with someone who is immunocompromised or feel more comfortable masking, you can feel safe and comfortable while Tito is working in your home. Tito is professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and detailed. I highly recommend his services and will definitely call him in the future if we need his expertise and help!"
