She scheduled weds. for replacement of my water heater but because of a cancellation she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William Came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple hours . I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work and they were very patient with my questions. George also came early to flush my tankless. This is a well run company and their prices are fair. I will be contacting them for any other jobs I have. Thank you!"

Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. Alvin bent over backwards to repaire the damage, replace the ruined water heater, and make us whole. He even changed the water heater to a tankless model because the location of the ruined water heater didn't meet code and tankless was our only option."
