"Kevin is super responsive and was extremely detailed in all the design details before we were even placed on the schedule. Once on the schedule it all happened in the time frame that Kevin said it would happen. Drew, who does the work, is really experienced and knows what he is doing. He is very pleasant and was flexible to accommodate small changes as we went along. There were a few picky attention to detail things that I wonder about and was a little surprised that Kevin didn't come around at the completion of the job for a walk through to make sure we were happy with everything. But the bottom line is that we love the porch and overall are really happy with the way everything went. We especially love the pet door that Drew built and the hardware that Kevin came up with. We are happy to recommend Kevin and Drew."

They also repainted our porch, and I would not hire them again for exterior painting. They did not scrape or pressure wash peeling paint or dirt before starting. We asked multiple times for them to use a high quality Sherwin Williams paint or similar but they used the same cheap brand that was already on it. It’s only been a few months and the paint is cracked and peeling."

"It went really well. They were there when they said they were going to be. They left an accurate time line for how long the job is going to take and completed it within that estimated amount of time. They basically listened to everything I said that I wanted and it came out perfectly and as we expected. We're really happy with them taking what we anted and what we said we wanted and actually making it happen. Our Sales person, Ben Brown, did a really good job leasing between the workers. He's very attentive, listened to everything that we wanted and oversaw the job very well."

Worked with us on payments as we were not no property at time of some remodel. Tyler and Shea are and happy to get the job done right. They have a low overhead so easy to offer or better the other companies. Offer discount to additional work if their tools and workers were there finishing up on other work. Walk thought prior to finial payment. No problem if something needs to be adjusted. They show up when they plane on working your job. They even asked what type of music I listen to , then played some during the addition projects. Will be hiring again to paint remaining house after moving out to ready for sale."

Before they left Ken also noticed that I had the wrong drain plug on my pool pump, and replaced it with the correct one. Thanks very much for noticing! I've been a Perma Pools customer since 2006 and Ken always does a great job servicing my pool as well as being very friendly when he visits."
