"West Shore Home replaced my bathtub with a walk in shower. Expensive addition but well worth the investment. Jon H, Brett C, & Alex P. put in a long day's work. The shower is beautiful. The water in my 4 unit condo building had to be turned off for a bit. The team worked with the master plummer to get everyone notifed. Also, during the demolition tiles in an adjacent bath were damaged and an overhead light was broken. The tiles were reset before the end of the day. I received a new light for my shower which was installed today. Thank you West Shore Home!"

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He returned my call the very same day, came out the next day to look at the job scope, provided a quote the same evening. Upon hiring Brad, he started the work within a week. He showed up at my home on time, ready to work! They worked through the entire day without breaks! Worked under tarps in pouring rain, rather than creating more dust inside our home. We needed the job done quickly and he achieved that! 500 SF flooded basement, vinyl torn out and completed in 10 hours! And done beautifully! I would not hesitate to use Brad again for another job! "The installation of the laminate flooring went very well and looks marvelous. The installers themselves could not speak English, so communications were difficult. Since we purchased all the materials for the job, the communications became a problem when the workers, accidentally took our plastic underlayment. We pointed this out via text message to the Ben, one of the owners, and they bought a brand new roll for us. Their customer service is beyond reproach! They are very easy to work with, and their installation team is very good."

"Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
