Juan did an excellent job and was very complete and thorough with the installation. Did a wonderful job insulating the pipes, reconfiguring the pipes and putting in a drain pipe for the pan. I called at 8:00 pm and was able to reach them. After a brief explanation of what my problem was they explained the next steps and what to expect and scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. A team of three arrived early and got right to work. They tested the water pressure to confirm what I suspected and began the removal and install. They replaced the old construction grade brass and composite bell housing PRV with a quality a solid brass piece. In addition they added a larger Plumbing box and a shut off valve with a larger handle to make t easier to service in the future. These guys epitomize professionalism, fast friendly service at a reasonable price. They are in my contacts and have earned my future business."

They didn't give an arrival expectation because they had limited staff but the plumber stopped out to my house within 3 hours from my original call.
