"Called Stan's Heating & Air Conditioning Saturday morning 2/25/17 to get a technician to come out. I was expecting to have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday but to my surprise and delight they could have someone come today between 1:00 & 3:00 this afternoon. The technician was at our house at 1:00, he was courteous and professional. He verified the thermostat was unresponsive. Looked in the AC/Heater closet and found a blown fuse. He showed me the flashing light, counted out the sequence and showed me what that light flashing was telling him what to look for. He also checked the outside unit.
