When they arrived looked at the refrigerator and explained to us what was wrong and that it would cost more to repair than the refrigerator was worth. "I reached out to Applicance Master in a bit of frustration; I had contacted 2 other Angie's List service providers who would did not service our area (City of Atlanta) even though their listing indicated they did.
Nonetheless, I reached to Appliance Master on a Thursday, and the repair guy showed up at the agreed upon time on Saturday and successfully completed the repair of our Samsung (built-in) microwave oven (only 2 yrs old).
I am quite happy with the level of service and quality provided, and will certainly use their services in the future.

He also replaced a light socket in my microwave, as well as repairing a water leak from my refrigerator and cleaning dryer ducts. My only complaint is that the tech was not wearing a mask in this pandemic era, although I was wearing one and concerned about keeping my distance, since I am elderly. As long as the pandemic lasts, I will ask before committing to any household repair whether or not their techs will be wearing masks. If the answer is no, I will decline to use their services. "It went very well. Alex diagnosed a disconnected wire causing power disruption to the pump; he was able to efficiently replace it without a problem. I was confused about the final cost of service visit and repair. Be sure you understand what it means when they say the cost of the service visit is deducted from the service itself. Is it $40.00 or a 20% discount? Despite that, the cost was in-line or maybe a little better than other appliance repair companies I've dealt with in the past. And least you be confused, I don't think you need to leave a tip. Please correct me if I'm in error. I made be out of date. Without a doubt, I would hire this company again, and am very happy to have found them through Angie's List. They can be assured of my future business. Thank you!"
