They had to order a new part but the front desk person was quick to call and setup the followup appointment once they knew the day the part was supposed to arrive. Genna was very efficient and fixed it quickly and even was able to bend the inside of my door back into place where it had come away at the sides."

"What a great experience!!!!!! Michael was my tech and he was very nice and very knowledgeable about my LG washer. I had tried to fix it myself earlier in the week but with no avail, so I called Top Notch at 10:45am Wednesday and Jennifer asked if 11am-1pm was a good time for the tech to come out and I was like, do you mean tomorrow or Friday? She said no, today. WOW, now that is great service. Michael was at my home within an hour and a half or less and fixed my washer. The issue I was having was that during the spin cycle, the unit became unbalanced and so Michael looked around my washer and took the pulsator plate apart and replaced it with a new one right from his truck and my washer is not running smoothly without any issues. I would highly recommend Top Notch Appliance Repair & Service, thank you very much for arriving on time and being very professional. I will say one thing. I was taken back some on their labor charge of $219 because Michael was there a little less than an hour BUT i'm in real estate, so I understand and if $219 is what the market is charging, then that's that."
