"30-minute visit; fee was as expected for this type of repair. Oven now works fine."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"My Caloric oven is old and showing its age. I was thinking I would have to get a new one soon. The igniter had failed. You sent a technician, (I believe his name was Sergio) to replace it, which he did. He then made some other adjustments and some general clean-up to the burner. It now functions like a new one. Hat's off to Sergio and his expert appliance care. Thanks."

"Michael was on time, got it repaired quickly at a fair price."

"The work was done in a competent and professional manner, at reasonable prices. He also replaced a light socket in my microwave, as well as repairing a water leak from my refrigerator and cleaning dryer ducts. My only complaint is that the tech was not wearing a mask in this pandemic era, although I was wearing one and concerned about keeping my distance, since I am elderly. As long as the pandemic lasts, I will ask before committing to any household repair whether or not their techs will be wearing masks. If the answer is no, I will decline to use their services. Since I did not ask this time, I did not know that until the tech showed up. I will not make the same mistake again."

"The service from AP Appliances was great. The owner was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and very courteous. The pricing was fair and I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends."

"I reached out to Applicance Master in a bit of frustration; I had contacted 2 other Angie's List service providers who would did not service our area (City of Atlanta) even though their listing indicated they did.
Nonetheless, I reached to Appliance Master on a Thursday, and the repair guy showed up at the agreed upon time on Saturday and successfully completed the repair of our Samsung (built-in) microwave oven (only 2 yrs old).
I am quite happy with the level of service and quality provided, and will certainly use their services in the future.
