The issue I was having was that during the spin cycle, the unit became unbalanced and so Michael looked around my washer and took the pulsator plate apart and replaced it with a new one right from his truck and my washer is not running smoothly without any issues. I was taken back some on their labor charge of $219 because Michael was there a little less than an hour BUT i'm in real estate, so I understand and if $219 is what the market is charging, then that's that."

"I reached out to Applicance Master in a bit of frustration; I had contacted 2 other Angie's List service providers who would did not service our area (City of Atlanta) even though their listing indicated they did.
Nonetheless, I reached to Appliance Master on a Thursday, and the repair guy showed up at the agreed upon time on Saturday and successfully completed the repair of our Samsung (built-in) microwave oven (only 2 yrs old).

"It went very well. Alex diagnosed a disconnected wire causing power disruption to the pump; he was able to efficiently replace it without a problem. I was confused about the final cost of service visit and repair. Be sure you understand what it means when they say the cost of the service visit is deducted from the service itself. Is it $40.00 or a 20% discount? Despite that, the cost was in-line or maybe a little better than other appliance repair companies I've dealt with in the past. And least you be confused, I don't think you need to leave a tip. Please correct me if I'm in error. I made be out of date.
