"Great job by these guys. Doug offered a style of fence that is 100% privacy that noone else seemed familiar with. They also weld metal framing to help support the gates they build which is really nice and something noone else offered. The price was as good or better than any of the estimates I got from Indianapolis companies and I had several of them out here. I recieved 8 estimates alltogether. The workers, Wes and his helper Gary, are very proffesional and clearly know what they're doing. Wes has built fences for over 20 yrs. "Bill Schwenzer arrived 5 minutes early.  I appreciated his punctuality.  He replaced the doorbell button first.  When he disconnected the 3 bathroom light fixtures, he discovered that the original home builder didn't put electrical boxes behind the fixtures.  It required 2 trips to the hardware store to get the correct electrical boxes.  Because of this unexpected problem he encountered, the repairs took longer than projected.  Bill was methodical and precise in his work and did an excellent job.  He put down tarps to protect my carpet and bathroom surfaces and cleaned up thoroughly before he left.  He patched the drywall as needed and did a wonderful job on that.  Bill was very pleasant and personable and I enjoyed talking with him.  He offered to charge me for only one half of the extra extended time the repairs took which was very fair.

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.

"I hired Wood Renovation to power wash and stain my deck as well as replace some rotted boards. They did a good job replacing the boards, but they also missed a rotted board, which was not replaced. They did a good job power washing and staining the floor of the deck, but they only used one coat of solid stain on the floor, which was not enough. The Sherwin Williams stain they used even says to use two coats. The ornamental caps that sit on top of the balusters were covered with old, chipping paint, and they did not sand them prior to staining. The owner, Steve, indicated that he normally doesn't include sanding in a bid, but he did come out and try to sand off some of the chipping paint. They also used a paint sprayer for the deck railings, which did not completely cover any of the railings and instead got on my landscaping. I had to have Steve come back out two different times to touch up every railing. Fortunately, he was very nice and accommodating about it. Overall, the quality of the work was not worth $996."

This was a big deal purchase and it was fine. I had to buy supplies for the little things that I wanted done. They were supplies like screws or bolts. The gentleman they sent out was very mannerable and worked the entire time he was here. He did not try to drag anything out. I think that what they do is fine.
