"BEAUTIFUL! On time and under budget! Charles' communication skills are excellent and exceed any others I've worked with in the contracting profession. This is so important for homeowners trying to stay within a budget, live in the home during renovation,as well as attempting to be the general contractor for the work being done.  Charles went out of his way to make sure the tiles we were choosing were not only beautiful but also functional.
