"We met with the owner, Tom Hemmerle to do a walk through and discuss the project.  We were looking for someone who could complete the project in a timely manner within a specific timeframe.  We live in Manhattan and have to be sensitive to our neighbours with regards to construction debris and general access in and out of the building.  Tom was very professional and understanding of our concerns. We hired him to do a complete remodel of the master bathroom, which had not been touched in 30 yrs.
