"Usually these places have you drop the system off and it takes several days and they don't offer any extra services for the three days or more you don't have your computer. Well, Bill is different. He makes house calls, which I've never found before. He is very professional AND friendly. Within two minutes of turning on the system he found three viruses that my antivirus missed. He even saw that my system was 9 years old and the games I'd loaded had overworked the system. So, he offered memory upgrades to my system that no other computer repair company has in that nine year period. When it was obvious that scanning the system for viruses would take several hours, He COULD have offered to take my computer overnight or longer like most companies would. Instead, he arranged a remote connection and I would be able to keep the computer at home and he would do the virus removal from his place. It would be finished that night and when I would wake up the next day, I would still have my computer at my house. The antivirus service cost less than any other computer repair I've been to. While the upgrades added more to the bill than I had intended to spend I knew it was needed for a few years now and was intending to find someone to do that work. I watched him do the upgrades and he obviously knew what he was doing and the work was done quickly and expertly."

"I called and described the problem (without mentioning what I suspected) and the technician diagnosed it over the phone as just what I had thought, and quoted a price to replace the power supply. Since it was too heavy for me to bring to the shop, he offered courier service both ways for a reasonable fee. I called at 3 PM on Monday, the courier came within an hour and I heard from the shop in a little more than two hours; the problem was as suspected, the part would be replaced for the price quoted and returned to me the next morning, which happened, exactly as promised. No extra charge for the diagnosis and labor. Excellent, courteous and professional service."

"After his analysis, he did not charge me anything, but sent me to another laptop repair person whom he knew and trusted, a guy named Brian with Laptop Repair in Denver. That person continued with the repairs and Mark picked up the computer, brought it again to me and checked it out in my apartment. He found some problems that he said would take more time to fix, some that I was not aware of, took the computer to his home for further correction of problems he had discovered. When he brought the computer back to me, it worked well, and he had added Skype, Windows Word, and Norton Security Suite, free of charge! I know Windows is about $100 itself! He even allowed me to make payments since he knew my only income was from Social Security. I am a registered nurse and plan to get back into nursing, since I have had both shoulders replaced and am now ready to work. I felt I could trust Mark, and I will call him again if I ever need another repair! He was patient about answering my questions and had me watch as he worked on the computer.
