They always showed up on time, sometimes even early and could handle anything we threw at them. They truly came to our rescue! Any time my spouse and I hit a renovation roadblock, we joked that it was no problem because Rob and his crew (shout out to Luis) could fix it. They helped us remove old kitchen cabinets (you’d never know they were ever there), demoed a large bar and built-in desk area, replaced trim, capped plumbing, and finished tile work. They also installed LVP flooring in our master bath, which turned out to be a tricky job due to bad sub-flooring and uneven transitions, but they handled it quickly and without blinking a eye. "Terry and his crew are honest, hard working, and professional. They did a complete remodel of our bathroom, fixing unforeseen problems along the way including HVAC ventilation, toilet vent, and subfloor replacement. Terry goes the extra mile to fix all the behind the scenes problems so the final product will last for years and years. The only drawback, and reason for not giving a complete 5 out of 5 rating is the amount of time it took to get the remodel started. He started about 2 months after the original plan. But it's a good thing he's busy, it means everybody wants him. If you can be patient with the timing, Terry is worth it."
