I noticed it was still stopped up the other day so they came back out and actually used a camera to see what the issue was. It was tree roots that needed to be cut. The service person was very clear that they would not warranty the work if they didn’t use a camera. I did not the first time but because they had to come back a second time, we did run the camera. It was disppoonting that I had to pay twice for the work but he was very clear up front so it is my own fault. The men that came called me when they were on their way, and then unclogged the drain by using one of their snake machines. They were both friendly and good natured guys. I had no problems and was satisfied by the end result. They even checked to make sure the clog was gone by running the machine again, and using a bucket to pour water down into the drain. Great work!
