"I am out-of-state. Someone demolishes my home mail box. I need it replaced ASAP. I called my realtor. I told him about the urgency for replacement and that I could not be there. Yes. He would help. I was called by Kresta Wallace of Harry Wallace Construction of Albany, OR on Monday. I explained the situation. Her response was that they could do it that week. She handled the situation superbly. Two days later on Wednesday, I had a picture of the completed project. Great job. It wasn't just a mailbox. It was the timing, my not being there, and the urgent need all when they are very busy. She understood, took the task, and got it done. Very much appreciated. This company does excellent work and certainly is committed to doing the best job in a timely manner. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
