"They can improve by, I am not too happy with the fact, there is a bent and scratch in the framework, there is a gap in one of the windows which can cause the window not to seal properly. I told them about it. they know about the scratch and said paint it. I financed it. They called me. I am going to call them and find out what they found out. They were going to call and ask them if they were going to come and fix this. Instead of my boyfriend doing it, I have a guarantee on it and now I am beginning to wonder if I really have a guarantee on it or not. I like the glass and I like the room. I just don't like those certain things on it. I thought it was a bit much for what I got. It took him a week. He would come in and do an hour or two, then be gone. I took off of work a couple of times to be there when he was working. He would come for a bit then be gone. It was crazy. I am not real happy with the fact that I would call them and they would not be there. I would have to call a different office to try to get someone to answer me. I had a window at the top that they evidently did not order until they started. It was going to take a week or 2 to come in. They told me they would put it in on the 10th. Again, I took off so that I could be there. I asked them what time they were going to be here. They said, no it just came in on the truck today, we are not going to install in until tomorrow. That is the 11th. You told me and my boyfriend the 10th. Then it rained and they couldn't do it then. On the 12th, they finally put it in."

"The entire process from the estimate, subsequent questions I had all the way to the actual installation was very professionally handled . All of the folks that I dealt with were friendly and very helpful. My phone calls were always returned promptly. The went the extra mile in making sure that the unusual framing around my windows was matched correctly. I highly recommend Weber Windows and especially the Marvin Fiberglass windows. All my family and friends have commented on how good the new windows look. Weber's recommendation on the type of glass was spot on. My home is much more safe and comfortable. "Kevin is very professional and does a great job returning calls.  He does get in a hurry and made a few mistakes with the quote he provided and came back to let me know he quoted the job wrong.  I don't usually appreciate this, but Kevin's mistake was an honest one and I honored his request and gave him the job.  I did this because it was a BIG mistake. He quoted me just the labor and not the material.  On a job like window replacements, I could not in good conscience hold him to the original quote.  In the end, he was still less expensive than Window World, so it was a win for us both. <br /> We worked on a schedule that fit both our needs and his crew showed up the day they promised.  In my opinion, his crew was slow and they did not work as fast as they could have.  They did the job in 3 or 4 days, but it just felt like they could have moved along faster.  They also were not shy about turning the music up on their radio really loud, I mean blasting it. I understand this is common on new construction, but not very professional on a remodel job. <br /> If you think a "C" in professionalism is bad, remember, its fair.  I believe it's warrented on my job becuase of the bad quote in the beginning and crew playing the loud music.  DO NOT let this scare you away from Kevin, he is a good contractor. <br /> Overall, Kevin and his crew did a good job, cleaned up after themselves and their work looks good.  Kevin did not charge me for any extras and the workmanship appears to be good.  So, I do recommend them and would use them again.. <br />"
