"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "it was great.  i had to reschedule a couple of times but this was absolutely no problem with them.  i didn't even redeem the service for a long time after i bought it (because i had to leave town for work) and they were absolutely accommodating and great.  every single conversation i had with the people who worked there down to the technician who came was professional, friendly and respectful.   the guy who cleaned my windows did it fast, but not so fast that it was sloppy and my house looked brand new!  i really wished i hadn't taken so long to do that and when i decide to do it again i will use this company.

"Joshua knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.  He bought the parts for me and let me watch as he fixed things so I could do it myself (or at least have a better idea of what was wrong) the next time.  I will definitely be calling him again. 
On a side note, I am a single female and I really appreciated that Joshua did not take advantage of that fact by inventing problems or hiking the price.  :-)
