"Umar and Jason are outstanding professionals. Initially hired to for a simple heating element replacement for my dryer. Then hired them again when my washer went out just a week later. Honest, timely, precise, professional and responsive. Communicated well and shared in my concerns for repair vs replace. Referred me to Dryer Wizard too for vent inspection."

"Sammy Appliance Repair did an excellent job in fixing my whirlpool ultimate II electric dryer. They told me exactly what was was wrong, what they would do, and how much it would cost. They were true to their word. They showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and wouldn’t recommend them to my friends."

"I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!"

"Very professional and polite. Eager to fix my dryer. Had to order parts and return and were back in less than 3 days."

"Quick, professional, and honest. Fixed my washer/dryer fast and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"My Sister and I are so very satisfied ð ð ¾ð ð ¾ with the remount work of our living room TV done by Mark, HandyMark DMV, LLC. Mark explained to us first the entire repair and mount process and answered our questions - excellent customer service. When the repair was done, Mark showed both of us how the new mount worked (very special to/for older customers). We have already showed off our new TV remount work to a Friend who knew about our very leaning living room TVð . Right away she was impressed with our new wall mount that we did not hesitate to share Markâ s business card with her. We will share the website and phone contact info with our Family and Friends in DMV highly recommending them to check out what services are available from HandyMark Home Improvement. Again thank you so very muchð ð ¾ð ð ¾ Respectfully, Vonda and Laurie Somers"
