"We called for an appointment, left a message, and Steve returned phone call later that day. We were lucky to get an appointment at this time of the year within a week of calling. Steve showed up on time and was very friendly and honest. He mentioned that our cap was getting a bit rusty but still had some time to go before needing a replacement. Other places would have pushed to have it replaced immediately, but Steve was honest about it. He reviewed everything in detail on what he saw with the chimney, etc. He will be looking into getting us some doors for the fireplace as well. Overall good experience and definitely recommend him. Seemed a little pricey to me but at that point when they came out and gave me that estimate I was already $80 in for the visit alone regardless if I went with their estimate or not. Other than that company was very responsive and the plumber was courteous."
