"This was a great breath of fresh air! Truly wonderful. Dan was incredible. He checked everything thoroughly, every crack was inspected and every concern was addressed. He was professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. He didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. He gave us a list of items we could do to make the space more waterproof, like caulking around the bottom of our double doors. He also suggested that we keep an eye on the cracks and take photos to document if the cracks spread. He was happy to hear that we were very happy with his inspection. This was the best free estimate we've ever received. He didn't try to sell us anything. He mentioned that they had a dehumidifier that is also an air purifier and would likely help with my allergies. So, if the other dehumidifier ever breaks, I know where I'm headed to buy a new one! Dan is part of a company that is extremely professional. They sent out a letter prior to our appointment to introduce Dan to us. It had his photo, a bio and even listed his family member's names. I felt like I knew him even before he showed up. "I had a crack in my foundation from years ago (before I bought the house) that had not be sufficiently repaired. I discovered that it wasn't sufficiently repaired during a tropical storm, when I had water start coming in through it. I received a call back promptly after submitting my quote on Angie's List. The man on the phone new exactly what needed to be done and explained the repair to me in detail. I was scheduled for the repair a few weeks out. The foreman and two other workers arrived. "I thought I would need a whole new garage floor (it's the original floor from the 1950's).  However, the contractor noted that cracks ran in two  parallel lines about two feet from the walls and thought it would be possible to just replace those areas.  He was cautious and asked a lot of questions to try to get to the source of the cracks. The garage is a "drive through" with garage doors at front and back.  The ground slopes from the rear and water gets into the garage, even with the back door down.  The contractor suggested putting a small speed bump at the back door to direct water away from the garage.  I also asked his advice about repairing cracks in my patio but he said that anything he did would not improve the appearance and might actually make it worse.  I was impressed with his caution and his creativity in solving my problems.  A pane in a side window broke from the vibration of the jackhammers but they replaced it at no cost.  The work was completed in one day and it looks great! <br />"
