In a knowledgeable and professional manner, he designed the system for our basement and presented a detailed project proposal with drawings. An affordable cost estimate was reached. Also, financing guidance was given to obtain a deferred interest loan. Three days later, the construction crew arrived to begin installation of the system. They were attentive to specific concerns and answered all questions completely and politely. Through discipline and hard work, they completed the job in two days, one day ahead of schedule. "Very impressed with the prompt response to my request to waterproof the basement. Patrick spent time to detail the French drain and sump pump project and explained what to expect. The crew arrive at 8 am and worked all day to about 5 pm. Very labor intensive, hauling out concrete, hauling in 5 gallon buckets of gravel & cement up & down the basement stairs. 32x22 French Drain perimeter and sump pump with battery backup installed in 1 day. The entire basement and outdoor area was cleaned after the work, even the driveway was washed down. About 4-5 guys showed up and Fernando was the foreman on the job. They worked very hard and were courteous. I had a debris pile that they were able to haul as well. It was not a cheap job, but there were no surprises. I was aware of the cost after the quote and with the amount of work involved, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise."

"I found A+ Waterproofing after searching high and low for a reliable and reputable company to install and egress window in my basement. I spoke with Mike who was able to come out the same week and look at my basement where I wanted to have the window installed. My basement was already finished so I had trouble finding some one who would do the install without costing me an arm and a leg. Mike was able to provide me with a great quote along with his ideas on what type of shell I should have installed with good quality in mind. I liked his attitude and personality so I knew after meeting with him that I wanted to go with his company and I am glad that I did. Mike and his workers went above and beyond and their high quality workmanship shows. It was a two-day job but due to unforeseen circumstances it did take them two extra days but each day they arrived on time and kept things tidy when they left.
