"Dennis came over and gave me a quote for a on demand hot water heater and a water pressure pump. My wife and I agreed on the price which was very fair and set it up for the following week. Dennis did an absolutely fantastic job installing the water pressure pump first and then he started on the gas on demand hot water heater. He finished that the next day. Dennis is a perfectionist and measure everything 2 or three times which I think is great. His work is fantastic and he stands behind it. I would definitely recommend Dennis to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumber !!!"

"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. Additionally, Jane, Brandon, and Dustin are genuinely nice people that were great to get to know and interact with throughout the effort. From the start, Jane and Brandon came up with creative solutions to allow us to get everything we wanted in the renovation, and figured out potential pitfalls and workarounds before the work even started. They were great with helping us decide on overall designs and individual items throughout the work. They put together a thorough breakdown of costs for their proposal that they tracked throughout the effort, as well as a schedule that they stuck closely to. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. They seemed to treat the job like it was their own house. Overall, we'd highly recommend them, and would hire them again for any future work."

"On Monday morning we woke up with no heat.  At 8:15 AM I called Cuddy Brothers and spoke with Chris. He said they could come out in the afternoon, and asked that I text him the address.  He also said he might be able to get there sooner, and that he would let me know within the hour.  He called back about 45 minutes later to say he would be there in about 30 minutes.  He was friendly and professional on the phone and in person.  He assessed the situation, listened to my description of the noise the boiler was making and what we had already tried, and was quickly able to diagnose the problem.  He didn't have the part in his truck, so went to get it from his shop. He replaced the part, made sure everything was running again, then gave me a tutorial on how the system works.  Although the job took more than an hour as he had to go to his shop he only charged for an hour of labor.  The part was $225, and the labor was $150, not cheap, but seemed fair to me.  He also offered to talk with my husband by phone if he had any questions. We would hire Cuddy Brothers again, and are happy that we found a local plumber to work with.

"When the granite was initially installed, they had cut the holes the wrong size for the faucet and had to come back out the following week with a new piece of granite. However, because it was their mistake, they were able to come to the house after 5 pm so that I didn't have to miss work again for the installation. They did a beautiful job and I was happy with the finished product."

Ivaldo and his son, Angelo (who did the work) did a great job pricing the job and even had an electrician they worked with do the lighting installation. Very nice and professional people and we would most certainly call on them again for other jobs we have planned at our house. "The sheer scope of our project demanded extensive coordination between several different contractors and designers - something that has caused no end of headaches in the past. Under the guidance of Hagit, Brian, Mark, and the whole Kitchen Center team, however, our experience could not have gone more smoothly. Our remodel began with discussing design ideas with Hagit and Brian. After providing only a rough idea of what we wanted, they returned to us with designs that went above and beyond what we had envisioned - their experience and expertise were evident right off the bat. Like other reviewers have mentioned, their design included pegboard drawers, spice drawers, and an excellent and versatile arrangement of cabinets - though the highlight for me, personally, was the dead corner organizer. Their design really made optimal use of the space we had available. Hagit responded to our questions and comments promptly and with great insight, and the whole team proved very easy to work with. From that point on, it was largely a hands off experience on our part. We picked out some cabinet colors and designs, as well as the appliances and counter-tops (though we sought their advice on those as well) - but they coordinated all the contractors and subcontractors and established a construction schedule to which they rigorously adhered. Mark and his crew of contractors worked diligently and efficiently. They sealed off the second floor to preserve its livability and afforded us free use of the house throughout construction. His team, as well as every subcontractor they hired, provided excellent work that we are very pleased with. Any issue that arose was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. No project is without its unexpected complications, but the Kitchen Center team handled them with aplomb, and the project was finished well within schedule. Even when we chipped in that we were interested in having central air installed, Brian found a contractor and seamlessly integrated it into the greater body of work. Though they don't come cheap, the Kitchen Center is well worth the money. We are very pleased with the work they've done for us, and it was an absolute pleasure working with them."

"The plumber surmised that the clog was at the T junction with the vertical pipe in the wall and was unsuccessful at getting his snake to go downward after entering from the bottom of the trap. He failed also with an air hose. As he left, he offered to replace the T junction with a Y junction for $285. I subsequently called out another Angie's List plumber, so attacked the problem successfully by removing the trap and snaking downward about 15 ft to the clog. He replace the trap with one that is removal, allowing a snake easier access. This cost $300. I'm still unsure whether replacing the T junction with a Y junction would have solved the problem."
