"The work that has been done by Simplifi with my network and TVs has been excellent. That said I paid in full for two LED smart mirrors for my bathroom and they won't deliver the mirrors, refund my payment or return my emails and calls. This process has gone on for a year I have called and left about 10 messages and texted and emailed another 10 times. I recommend holding payment until the work is complete or find another automation company. I guess next step is small claims court."
